hostel which is also a restaurant has got a wonderful ensign with a sun
on it. It is best known under the name “Frantz”, name of Jules Frantz
who was the owner of the hostel until 1880. He created here the famous
“fried carp” which is always served in most of the restaurants in the
Sundgau, south Alsace. |
